Woman caught on camera stealing thousands of dollars worth of vinyl records in Maryland

Investigators in a Maryland county are asking for the public’s help in identifying a serial vinyl record thief accused of stealing thousands of dollars worth of vinyl.

The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office released surveillance photos of the suspect, which you can see below. Investigators said the photos were taken at a Barnes & Noble store in Frederick County.

Deputies charge the suspect with stealing more than $3,480 worth of vinyl records in multiple incidents.

She is described as a woman between 25 and 30 who is between 5ft 5in and 5ft 8in tall and has brown hair.

Deputies said that in each theft incident, the woman was seen wearing glasses and a dark colored baseball cap while carrying a large light blue bag with a dark colored strap.
