C4’s Cadman joins Lime as CD formats and talent

Becky Cadman will join Lime Pictures UK’s existing team of unscripted creative directors as Creative Director: Formats & Talent.

Cadman starts at Lime in June where she will focus specifically on developing formats with global reach, as well as on-screen talent relationships for new formats. Cadman will report to Global Head of Unscripted Sarah Tyekiff.

Cadman will leave her role at Channel 4 where she was commissioner for Factual Entertainment, reporting to Alf Lawrie. During his five years with the broadcaster, Cadman was responsible for the BAFTA-winning film The Late Show with Mo Gilligan, Caroline Flack: her life and her death, Big Brother: The Greatest Shows of All Time and Naked attraction. Prior to Channel 4, Cadman led format development on shows such as the island of love, I’m a celebrity… Get me out of here! and i have to dance.

Becky Cadman joins Sarah Tyekiff’s growing Unscripted UK team alongside Nick Johns, Creative Director of Development. Rebecca Kenny-Smith continues in her role as Creative Director: Current Programs, supported by recently appointed Director of Internal Talent, Nic McNeilis. In Los Angeles, Ben Crompton, EVP Lime US, is driving growth in US development and production with the recent launch of Who do you believe? for ABC and to come Associate me in Miami (w/t) lit by Roku for launch later this year.
